- SACRED HEART HIGH SCHOOL school community has been selected to receive the first Dr. Bette M. Stephenson Recognition of Achievement. This program, established by the EQAO board of directors in honour of Dr. Stephenson’s lifelong commitment and contribution to education, recognizes exceptional school communities. Webcast of ceremonies in Toronto on Wed. Apr.29 is available.

- Syntax Error ... Team 1312 ..performs well at the Robotics Canada "FIRST" Robotics Competition in Toronto
- Boys Hockey wins BAA.
- Sarah Johnson has captured the District Royal Canadian Legion Remembrance Day writing contest at the school, branch, zone and district levels in the senior poetry division. She also won senior essay competition at the school, branch levels and was 3rd at zone level. Justin Reinhart won the Junior essay competition at the school, branch levels and was 2nd at zone level.
