Take Our Kids to Work Day

Grade 9 students across the province will be participating in Take Our Kids to Work Day on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Students are encouraged to learn more about the world of work by accompanying a parent, relative, friend, or community host to their workplace. Information regarding this day and the required consent forms were sent home with grade 9 students during the first week of October.

Workplace safety is of the utmost importance during Take Our Kids to Work. Parents must determine areas that are safe for visiting and provide their child with supervision throughout the day.
